I M 34 Female. I Was Suffering From dengue for The Past

I m 34 female. I was suffering from dengue for the past week .During dengue I had an untimely period. Now my fever is subsided, no body ache, no no vomiting etc. On first day, my platelets count was 77,000 after 2nd test it was 54000 and on 3rd test it is 42000. Periods are still continue. Can i take any medicine to stop periods. Please advice?
